Phnom Penh, 30 April 2025, Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. participated in a panel discussion on the “Roles of Securities Firms in Supporting Issuers after Going Public” for the 29th training program in securities sector organized by Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) at Business Development Center. 

The panel featured distinguished panelists including Mr. UEMATSU Hiroshi, CEO of Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. (PPSP), and representative from ACLEDA Bank Plc., both of whom shared valuable firsthand experiences from their companies’ journeys through IPO and bond issuance. Mr. Uematsu highlighted the biggest challenges of the company faced during pre-IPO preparation and key decision criteria for selecting underwriters and financial advisors to enhance the post-IPO engagement by offering continued investor relations services, regulatory compliance support, and market intelligence updates.

The panel concluded with a forward-looking message from both speakers to the IPO ecosystem and reflects a shared vision for strengthening Cambodia’s capital market through collaboration and commitment across the value chain from listing to long-term corporate growth.
