The number of shareholders were:
• Total shareholders: 3,331 holding 71,875,000 shares representing 100%
Total number of the participants: 40 holding 64,599,551 shares representing 89.90%
The following directors were present at the meeting:
1. Neak Oknha Kith Meng Non-Executive Chairman (online)
2. Mr. Mark Hanna, Non-Executive Director,
3. Mr. UEMATSU Hiroshi, Executive Director/CEO
4. Mr. Otsubo Hiroshi, Non-Executive Director
5. Mr. Kang Wei Geih, Independent Director (Online)
6. Dr. Eakapong Tungsrisanguan, Non-Executive Director (Online)
7. Ms. Hep Seka, Independent Director
The Chairman of the meeting mentioned that the “2023 has been a watershed year for the Group as we achieved record revenue of USD64M leading to a record profit of USD7.9M in its history.
My congratulations to the Group and I would like to urge them to set a new record in the coming years.”
Last but not least, the shareholders approved on all the five resolutions at the AGM:
1) Approved the Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 December 2023
2) Approved the election and the re-appointment of the Company Directors for a new mandate
