| After the Industrial area sold out, who will manage the SEZ? |

JCDC does the development / management and maintenance as well. We will contract out to companies who are interested.

| Is there any specification for the rental factory and what is the construction cost? |

We request that 3 rental building in 1 Ha. Each building area cover 1,000 m^2, and the construction cost is USD$80-90/m^2 for standard factory; USD$150-200/m^2 for office building or estate.

| How can Foreign Investor buy land? |

In our PPSEZ, investor can purchase land under the 99 years perpetual land use right which applied as 100% of owning the land. |
| What's the minimum area of rental factory which tenant can make contract with JCDC? |

We've no limit.

| What about recruitment? |

There're numerous of young adult age between 18-25 looking for jobs most of them live in rural area and once the recruitment starts tenants will not have any problem of finding workers.

| What is company profit tax after the 9 years tax holiday? |
