Job Responsibilities/duties
- Prepare employment contract for new joiner and revise employment contract for casual worker/staff.
- Ensure all information and company policy are delivered to all staff.
- Ensure the staff attendant recorded properly.
- Develop induction materials & conduct induction to new employees to ensure all staff members are familiarized with the company policies and procedures and align themselves with the company vision and culture.
- Ensure the information and records of employees are collected and filed properly, confidentially.
- To obtain quotation from suppliers to ensure that the competitive price is acceptable and with good quality of products.
- Keep the Company’s premises, equipments, and furniture in clean and accessible at all times.
- Monitor company’s assets utilization and ensure it is for business usage only, i.e. computer, fixed line telephone, fax machine, photocopy machine, internet, hand phones, etc
- Apply for new/ renewed vehicle registration and make payments for vehicle tax.
- Support other administration work etc. change electric bulbs/tubes, photocopy documents, distribute incoming mail, set/move office furniture, clear storage room, and messenger service.
- Distribution of internal reports/documentation and assist in organizing company’s events.
- Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications/Experiences
- Cambodian, Age 20 – 30.
- A recognized decree of Business Administration.
- Good writing & speaking in English.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resource.
- Demonstrated ability to work with teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
